The Kick off Meeting took place in Bydgoszcz, Poland, on the 22nd and 23rd of November 2023, home of SHOPA, the project coordinator and expert in the use of Design Thinking. This meeting was attended by 7 representatives of the project partners, 3 of them coming from SHOPA, 2 representatives from Europuente (Spain), 1 representative from Topcoach (Slovakia) and 1 representative from Best Cybernetics (Greece), which, due to last minute force majeure, participated in the meeting online. The meeting lasted two days, the first day focused on the administration and management of the project, where the partners had the opportunity to get to know each other and their respective companies better. In this first day, the plans for the quality management and monitoring mechanisms of the project were also presented, as well as the first steps and tasks for the elaboration of the manual and the digital platform were defined. During the second day SHOPA, as an expert in Design Thinking, held a workshop for the rest of the partners on Design Thinking, so that the partners could deepen and have a better understanding of the Design Thinking methodology process, which will encourage the creation of higher quality materials.
